UNITY: THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND BULLETS’ IMPRESSIVE FORM
Behind every successful man, there is a woman but with Big Bullets
football club; it seems behind their impressive form there is a
unified executive committee. Big Bullets is enjoying a rich vein of
form dismantling their opponents at will- going countless matches
unbeaten both in cup & league engagements bar one loss in an inter
city bonanza to Blue Eagles on penalties.
The team is firing from all cylinders and there seems to be harmony
all around the team despite their lack of sponsorship. According to
their team manager, Raheem Ishmael, the team’s good fortunes can be
attributed to the unity & cooperation existing in the club’s
executive committee.
“The current executive committee is helping us alot, they are paying
the players there wages & game bonuses in time and this makes the
players to be dedicated and committed”, he said.
Ishmael added that all parties involved- the executive committee &
supporters committee- are working cooperatively and this has been
reflected by the superb performances of the team in the Tnm super
league and cup games.
“The supporters committee has also been cooperative and they have
helped the technical panel to execute their duties without any
interference, which was not the case in the past,” he said.
The good working relationship sorrounding the team has been the
driving force behind the team’s good run of results and all the
squabbles and wrangled that characterised the previous executive
committee’s stint are a story of the past.
Big bullets are leading the Tnm super league at the first round break
with 32 points and they are also in the finals of the carlseberg cup
in which they will face their arch rivals Mighty be Forward Wanderers
on the 29th of August.
