C.O LAUNCHED NEW BAND
THE AFRO-POP-STAR C.O on Saturday 30th May 2015 surprised his fans at Blue Elephant in Blantyre where he was performing live,show was organized by Code Productions .
The purpose of the show was to lunch C.Os new team called “The Chawa Band”.
The surprise came in when he called his brother Shadreck from dancing floor to perform together at the stage. The two bothers amused the audience with their best track ‘Bwenzi langa’. Later on, Shadreck performed his solo acoustic song ‘Tikamapanga chikondi (when making love)’before C.O took over the stage.
Speaking in an interview with Lawilink which was covering the event, C.O said he wanted to show fans that they are not enemies though they separated.
“When we disbanded, people thought we became enemies but that is not the fact. I called Him to perform to prove them wrong”, He said.
C.O was supported by Dan-Lu who shook the stage with his latest songs like Holly Ghost fire and Sorry. Responding to the question asked by Lawilink concerning his DVD, Dan-Lu said he is working on it and it will be released soon.
“We are in the shooting process and I want to assure people to expect something new from it because we are now targeting international audience”, He said.
