CASSPER NYOVEST

DREAMS BIG

The South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest has continuously said he’s planning to fill up the dome. Cocacola dome is one of the biggest event venues found in the northern part of Johannesburg, South Africa. It accommodates about 20 thousand people.

This comes barely after a few months when Cassper Nyovest holds a motivation talk at Zingwangwa Secondary School in Malawi. The artists told the students to be ambitious.

Cassper told students at the school to start building their careers ‘today’. He said most of the youths say they will settle for their careers after graduation but they realise at the eleventh hour that they have wasted their time and opportunities.

He said he has performed with a lot of well-known South African and other international artists because he swallowed his pride and approached them.

The 24 year old rapper, who described himself as an evangelist, said he had a dreadlock but shaved because his grandfather who was a priest showed him a verse in the bible that said, “….a man shall not have long hair.” The punit that you see at the back of his head is a dreadlock that has been refashioned.SONY DSCSONY DSC

Cassper’s saddest moment was when he broke up with his girlfriend but today they seem to be reunited. The happiest moment was at Zingwangwa secondary holding a motivation talk show because it was first of its kind in his career.

He addressed almost everyone as homie since he traced himself Malawian. He describes himself as ambitious, humble and funny.

Cassper is planning to feel up the dome as a one man show. On 3rd April this year, the international award winner Chris Brown performed at the dome alongside August Alsina and Wizkid. The show was highly patronised.
